Trust IN – Lent #3

In the current times with COVID 19 causing uncertainty worldwide, Phil encouraged us to trust in the Lord in line with John 14:1 – “Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me.” We might want God to give us understanding of “why” and “how” but Jesus response is “I give you peace and courage to take on whatever come your way.” Philippians 4:56-7 also gives us comfort in these uncertain times. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
