Lent / Easter Sermon Series 2020.
During his earthly ministry, Jesus when he interacted with people made it person. He invited people into his circle and into his life. People were able to know and experience the presence and friendship of Jesus. Jesus offers the same to us. This Lent and Easter we are going in deeper with Jesus and making Easter personal.

In the current times with COVID 19 causing uncertainty worldwide, Phil encouraged us to trust in the Lord in line with John 14:1 – “Don’t let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God, and trust also in me.”
We might want God to give us understanding of “why” and “how” but Jesus response is “I give you peace and courage to take on whatever come your way.”
Philippians 4:56-7 also gives us comfort in these uncertain times.
The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
