My Executor shall instead direct the gift to the organisation which succeeds or that, in their discretion, most closely aligns with the missional purpose I intended to benefit.

If at the date of my death, Turramurra Uniting Church, (ABN 16 713 413 747) has changed its name, merged with another organisation, or ceased to exist, then this gift shall not fail.
