Casual market stalls are available at the front of the church adjacent to Turramurra Avenue and on the side of the chapel adjacent to the Council carpark.

Site sizes and locations?
- Undercover – we have 7 undercover sites, these are our premium sites and are approx. 3m x 3m
- Large – we have 8 large sites approx. 3m x 3m, these are suitable for a 3m x 3m portable gazebo
- Small – we have 17 small, open sites approx. 2m x 2m
- Carpark sites – 7 sites alongside the chapel, adjacent to the carpark 2m x 2m
What equipment is provided?
Stallholders must provide all their own equipment eg tables, chairs, portable gazebo if required with appropriate weights to ensure it is secured, no equipment is provided. Sites are unpowered.
How much does a site cost?

How do I book?
Bookings must be made online via TryBooking and prepaid in advance of the market. Please follow the bookings link on Flea Market home page to make your booking. Bookings for the next market will open 2-3 months prior to the next Flea Market.

Trading Hours/When should I arrive?
Market trading hours are from 8.30am to 2pm. Stallholders may arrive any time from 6.30 am (depending on how long it takes to set up your stall). There is no direct vehicle access, although the Council carpark is adjacent to the church. All sites are numbered and pre-allocated. All stallholders must set up within their allocated area, and no stall shall be set up or goods stored on public property (Council regulations).
How do I know where my site is?
In most cases you will be advised of your numbered space through the bookings process. There will also be a site map attached to the back of the Church sign on the lawn on the day.

Do I need Public Liability Insurance?
It is good practice for stallholders, particularly those running a small business or hobby, to be aware of their insurance obligations. If you have insurance, please provide a copy of your Certificate of Currency for your Public Liability Insurance.
Food Stalls
Food stalls selling packaged food are very welcome however stallholders must ensure they comply with Ku-ring-gai Council guidelines and must strictly follow all health regulations and standards at all times.
Acceptable items for sale
The following items are indicative of what is acceptable to sell from a private stall: art, candles, fashion, packaged food items (if compliant with Council and other regulations), handcrafts, homewares, jewellery, pet care, plants, prints/cards/frames, second hand goods. Items not considered acceptable for sale include illegal, prohibited or counterfeit items, health/cosmetics/medicines/alcohol, firearms/ammunition, Christmas tree lights, E-cigarettes, child restraint devices, items of a political nature, protective equipment, projectile toys, offensive items etc. The Turramurra Community Flea Market reserves the right to cancel any stall booking at its discretion if it considers the items offered for sale are unacceptable.
What if it rains?
The Turramurra Community Flea Market is an all weather event and operates in all conditions. We encourage stallholders to come prepared for all weather conditions including bringing waterproof covers/ appropriately sized gazebo etc. There are no refunds if rain is forecast.
What if I want to cancel after I have made a booking?
By making a booking for the Turramurra Community Flea Market, you are undertaking to attend, there will be no refunds for changes of mind, inclement or uncertain weather. In exceptional circumstances, if we are able to re-book your stall space, we may offer to move your booking to the next available date.
Rubbish Removal and Excess Goods
All rubbish and excess goods must be removed by the stall holder at the conclusion of the market. Donations of goods to the stalls inside the church complex concludes at 6pm on the Thursday prior to the Flea Market. Stallholders are not permitted to “donate” excess goods to the Church at the end of the market.
Loss or Damage
By participating in the Turramurra Community Flea Market, the stallholder accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to goods on their stall, and acknowledges that the operator is not to be held responsible for any loss or damage.
Who operates Turramurra Community Flea Market?
The Turramurra Community Flea Market is an activity of the Turramurra Uniting & St Andrew’s Uniting Churches & is administered by a committee comprising members from both Churches. The Stall Booking Co-ordinator and other ‘staff’ in attendance are all volunteers. We appreciate our Stall Holders and the vibrancy the outside stalls bring to the Flea Market, we ask that you respect our volunteers as we are all doing the best we can to run a successful event.
What happens with the proceeds of the Turramurra Community Flea Market?
All proceeds of the Flea Market are used to support people in need within the local community, rural Australia, and overseas. Beneficiaries from our May 2026 market were Rural Aid, We Care Connect, Frontier Services (Outback Links), 4 Voices, Hope In A Suitcase, Streetside Medics, Tangentyre Council, Zambia’s Child & Older Women’s Network.
