Rev Kevin Kim will be inducted as our second minister of the Word and Sacrament at Turramurra Uniting Church this Saturday. This is an important service in the life of the church as we formally mark the beginning of Kevin’s ministry. The service will be blessed with the preaching of Rev Dr Rob McFarlane and will have opportunities for Kevin to make promises to the congregation for his ministry and we will commit to supporting Kevin as he works alongside Phil and the congregation to futher God’s mission.
To cater for people’s personal circumstances and decisions on whether to attend in person or not, this service will be held both in the church and live streamed. For those attending in person, masks will be required and there is no singing or dancing. After the service there will be a simple afternoon tea where we encourage people to bring something to share.
